Employee Resource Groups

Optiv employees strengthen community, comradery and collaboration by participating in our seven ERGs. First formed in 2017 with the creation of the Optiv Women’s Network, these groups represent the diversity and interests of our global employee base and include sponsorship by one or more executive leadership team members.

 

Spotlight: The Value of Leaning In

 

Across Optiv, small groups of women are meeting regularly to support one another, learn new skills and create connections through a growing network of Lean In Circles.

Spotlight: Optiv Hosts First Virtual DEI Fair

 

Optiv’s inaugural DEI fair attracted more than 700 people participating from the U.S., Canada and India with a goal of driving more engagement to the company’s ERGs and to learn about available resources to improve employee belonging.
