At all levels of our organization and aligned to our values, we are committed to fostering a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion. Key advocates are the DEI committee, made up of employees and leaders across the organization, and a DEI advisory board, which includes Employee Resource Group (ERG) leaders and executives. Both groups advance recommendations to the executive leadership team to:

Career Pathways, a professional growth initiative which helps employees explore opportunities that could lead to careers at Optiv apart from traditional business leadership tracks, is being rolled out across the organization, with more than 1,100 people in the company’s services division participating.
 
The program adheres to our 10-70-20 development approach and a culture of learning through the organization.
