Closing Technology Gaps
As part of Giving Tuesday 2023, Optiv announced a global initiative to create four Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics STEAM Lab™ locations in Denver, Kansas City, Toronto and Bangalore to help inspire the cybersecurity talent of tomorrow.
To support employee volunteerism and hands-on mentorship opportunities as part of these efforts, our initial STEAM Lab investments are in locations in which a large number of our people live and work. The investments also target schools in communities that lack access to technology and resources.

Expanding Supplier Diversity
To meet the demands posed by a rising tide of cyber risks and promote community sustainability, Optiv frequently partners with small businesses and suppliers owned and operated by women, veterans and other underrepresented groups.
We survey our suppliers each year, asking them to self-classify and provide documentation to support possible participation with Optiv.
