Drafting Your Data Protection Officer

All organizations who control and/or process EU citizen data will need to reach compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to avoid astronomical fines in the event of an information incident or breach. One of the core requirements of GDPR is to appoint a Data Protection Officer. The role of the data protection officer is clearly outlined within the GDPR within Article's 37, 38 and 39.
